Guest lecture, week one
01 Ideation
Ideation, solutions & business models
Students start from a niche market and a specific problem, frame a solution, and shape a first business model before thinking about scale.
The program
A few intense weeks where a roomful of immigrant students go from a blank page to a funded pitch, guided by founders, bankers and operators who've built real companies.
Week by week
Every team moves through the same path, from a raw problem to a deck they pitch on stage, with a new guest mentor each week.
Guest lecture, week one
01 Ideation
Students start from a niche market and a specific problem, frame a solution, and shape a first business model before thinking about scale.
02 Build the business
Teams learn to price, project revenue and position their idea, turning a concept into numbers that hold up and a story that reaches the right audience.
03 Tell the story
Students build the deck they'll present on stage: sharpening the problem and solution, framing market and traction, and landing a clear ask.
Demo day
Every bootcamp ends on a stage. Finalists are chosen on progress and potential, then present live to a panel of judges and mentors.

After demo day
The strongest students earn private online sessions with leaders like Shashank Saxena, a VC who sold his company VNDLY to Workday for $510 million.
In these closed-door webinars, founders dig into each team's business and give direct, personalized feedback drawn from actually building and scaling a company.
And every participant keeps learning through Genesis, our online course, long after the cohort ends.
